Homework Expectations

Please review letters and sounds daily with your child. It is also helpful if you practice writing numbers 1-20 daily. Please encourage students to do their homework on their own. As parents you may guide or help read directions to them. Each time you see a paper decodable book in your child's folder, encourage them to practice reading it to you. These books contain sight words that your child must know before entering first grade. Keep up the good work parents! Read! Read! Read!
